Poor service by vox telecoms consultants

Vox telecoms consultants poor service,my account was suspended not because I did not pay my account,when I try to get it fixed I am being send from pillar to post no one wants to take responsibility and it's 3 days now,I am frustrated by their service and it seems I like I am going to send the whole weekend without any help cause I'm told to call again on Monday
