Poor service by Vox regarding fiber to the home

I recently tried to engage in a FTTH contract with Vox in Faerie Glen Pretoria. Vox claimed that there are no FTTH services at my address. However the map that they provide to support this statement clearly shows that there are services at my address but that they have incorrectly assumed that i live at a complex down the road which indeed does not have FTTH. I have pointed out this error but still there appear to be difficulties. I have confirmed on Telkom's website that indeed there are FTTH services at my adress. Their map looked the same as the one Vox produced except Vox appeared to refuse to believe that I live where I live and firmly hold to the belief that I live a few hundred meters from where I am typing this complaint. At present Telkom's marketers in our area are itching to provide me with services and have left me with the required paperwork. I wanted to write this complaint- my first complaint in years because Vox presents as a solid brand and I was looking forward to engaging in business with them. I feel that the hours I have spent communicating with Vox on this issue has been the worst experience I have had with an SA telecommunications company
