Poor Service

Their service is very poor, i am struggling since i moved to the new house to keep my internet on. nothing gets mentioned to you they just switch off your line all my cameras and safety devices works on my internet. the debit order mandate gets cancelled without your notice now my line is off. This is putting my family and my property at risk.

I waited for more than 30min on the phone before i get through to someone this company is just costing me necessary expenses at this moment. if it was not for the cancelation fee i would change my provider ASAP.

I have requested the person working on my account to call me since the morning 9 am it is 15h00 now and still no show from her.
