Poor service and product!!!

Vox technician came out to "fix" my broken router and I dont know what the point was because the signal is so bad it might as well remain broken!!! Then spent 30 minutes on the phone with a technician and the problem was fixed for an hour! I pay for a 20mb line and my signal strength is less than 5mb not even a metre away from the router!

This service and product are less than satisfying and so disgusting! Very disappointed!!!!
