Poor service and non professionalism
Extremely frustrating to get Vox fiber installed and working. Very poor service and they take too much time to just help with the most basics. The phone line is always having a long queue, which suggest that a lot other customers as frustrated. The issue is they are involved with many other middle men hence they send you from pillar to post when you need assistance. No respect whatsoever for consumer rights!

10 Dec 2022, 23:49Hi, a technician was sent through however he did not resolve my issue. He said someone else somewhere will activate my line. I'm tired of this now because technicians come and go but my problem remains. And I am sent from pillar to post!
