Poor Service and Lies after Lies

I wish I had checked out their trust index on here first. I placed an order with Vox Telecom on the 25th of April 2020 and a few days later I contacted them to ask that can speed up their ONT installation since we needed to work from Home and one of their agent told me this shouldn’t take more than 2 weeks to complete, let alone did I know that was a blatant line. After calling them a couple of times after 2 weeks have passed they told me my fibre line was active with another ISP which I cancelled immediately after receiving their call as I didn’t know that my fibre was active. Fast forward 5 weeks later (01 June 2020) I’m still waiting for ONT installation that was supposed to take no more 2 weeks to install. I’m busy looking at other ISP now. Vox Telecom is nonsense and full of false marketing and *********** consultants that don’t care about their customers.
