Poor service and communication s****s

After finishing all the paperwork to get me started with Vox telecom they told me it will take me 10 days to get me connected with Fibre its been the 14th day already and nothing happened. They told me they waiting for Frogfoot to give them the heads up to switch my fiber line on. It seems to me between the two of them they have no clue what needs to be done. After all the paperwork was completed Vox left in the dark completely regarding my installation process . This is absolutely shocking service and communication s****s.
