Poor Service

After trying to be loyal to this company, while moving premises We decided to stay with them. A bad mistake on my side! The 50mb Fibre line would drop continuously and run at speed below 0.2mb.

After a few Feeble attempts of their technicians to resolve the issue, after many months of me following up demanding some sort of service, trying to escalate the problem, being told lies that it will be corrected shortly.

To finally be told, they believe it is a environmental issue and to fix this will be for my bill, even though we have paid them for months for a service they could not deliver and bearing in mind that they facilitated the installation!!!!

To add insult to to this A simple fix of replacing the router was identified by myself but again they refused to accommodate this request.
