POOR SERVICE

On Sunday the 13th my wife called the technical deportment and they promised that someone will call me on Monday morning for a technician to come out to my home as we need a stick test to check my WIFI strength in my cottage. I called yesterday they will call still nothing, today i called twice they will call guess what still nothing. How long does it take for someone to call you. If VOX doesn't want by business there are plenty other company who will gladly get my business. My REF number is Request number VOX***9-1 will remain open, an engineer will be in contact with you shortly. Just read what it says call me shortly not in two or three days time.
