Poor service
Hi I have a complaint for Vox telecom CEO
It was stipulated to us that they will move us with no extra charge as long as we do not cancel the contract which this state to us that if we relocate and continue with the contract we will not have to pay relocation fees that is what was stated now when we relocate we are told to pay a fee and start a new contract which was not emphasis to us , our only argument here s that we are willing to go ahead with the extension contract but we need the relocation fee to be waiver so how to we go from here and also advise why a manager has not yet called us since we requested a manager to call since we had this query , the consultant has asked Manager will be in contact with us AND about the continuation at the previous address we do not know who will be renting that premises and we have requested the landlord to advise the new tenants if they would like to continue that contract but until they find new tenants there is nothing we can do regarding that.

As per the Subscriber Agreement, Vox waivers the Set Up and Configuration/ Installation Fees upon signup on the condition that the Service remains active for a minimum period of 12 months.
The element of the Service that is comprised of the provision of the Circuit is provided to the specific address set out in the Subscriber Agreement with a Circuit leased by Vox from a network operator. Accordingly, the provision of the Circuit is not transferrable to another premises.
Notwithstanding that the cancellation is necessitated by relocation, Vox needs to recover such costs associated with such cancellation.
