POOR SERVICE

I joined Vox Telecom in November 2019 and from the beginning I just had problems. Their service is absolutely poor. They are not upfront with their terms and conditions. I thought my previous service provider was bad, but this one beats them!! Customer Service means nothing anymore, companies just want your business after that you are just a number and they think they can do with you what they want!!
