10 Feb 2023, 08:10 Disgusted service's We still didn't get an email or a call from the manager...Vox cancelled our contract without me giving the go ahead and they still have the nerve to Bill us a fee of r2500...the sales agents told us if WE cancel on our contract on our own we will be billed but we did not cancel our contract..we asked the sales agent over and over before signing up with Vox what if we leave the premises and move to another and she stated that we will not pay any fees coz will just come and remove the Viber to the nee premises without us paying any fees and the contract will continue....this escalation has been going on for almost 2 months...this is how disgusting Vox services are...I would not recommend to take uncapped data ..coz the sales agents walk around people houses asking if they have uncapped data...just to get a sale. They lie to customer we end up signing t&c and when the time comes to query then the customer is wrong and the refer to the terms and conditions..I'm do disappointed and now we sit with a bill that we did not request.. my query is still not resolved...my last request we need a manager to call us back URGENTLY PLS
