Poor service
I have had problems with my Wi-Fi since Sunday till now the issue hasn't been resolved. I have tried to call vox each day but they never answer and the WhatsApp number hasn't helped me at all instead they've been putting me on hold with the tickets and empty promises of urgency. I am very disappointed
