POOR SERVICE

Terrible after sales service. I signup with VOX three weeks ago, still still today my router has not been installed yet, even after endless emails no communication back expect for the auto replies that would notify me that a call has been logged and it has been updated, Even on the auto reply it doesn't even show me what was it updated. call center is pointless they refer from one person to another. In-case someone from VOX might be interested in my case the call log number [VOX***3]
