Poor service

I am completely unhappy, dissatisfied with the service from Vox Telecom. Ranging from interrupted internet connectivity on regular basis, to waiting more than 3 weeks for an upgraded line last month. And now recently ordering a UPS for my router which I did not receive however according to them it was delivered by the courier company Aramemax. But no one can proof that I actually received it. All they tell me is ryan sign for it. Who is freaking ryan? This device was ordered a week ago and I have been billed already but still await the device. Seriously!
