Poor service

I called in because my Internet wasn't working and got the pleasure of speaking to Catherine rampula a call centre agent with no sense of customer service and obviously untrained to handle queries. I experienced bad service from this individual and if given a choice would've taken my business elsewhere on the spot and will do so in due time. For that reason i cannot give vox good ratings and will take my business elsewhere when done with Vox. Catherine was rude, unprofessional and very Chicky.
