Poor Service!

Worst of the worst. Been waiting for them for 3 weeks to activate my line. Keep saying my previous ISP haven't released my line after I've sent them the confirmation from my previous ISP that they have cancelled it and theres no activate line from them. And I've sent it to them multiple times. So clearly someone is lying or not doing there job!
