Poor service
Nightmare from the day I signed up with them. I requested to them to move my router to a new place but was told that I have to cancel my subscription first then apply. Cancellation fee ws R1725. And I already paid for March and was told that my service will still run until monthend but that didnt happen my coverage was suspended before monthend. On the 22/03/25,I received a statement that I'm now owing R2235 that need to pay. Was billed for April, why? I called accounts department spoke with Kyle who was very impatient with me, he wouldn't let me finish what I wanted to say.

Kindly note that the details of your query has been sent to the debtors team to investigate and assist.
As per the Subscriber Agreement, Vox waivers the Set Up and Configuration/ Installation Fees upon signup on the condition that the Service remains active for a minimum period of 12 months.
The element of the Service that is comprised of the provision of the Circuit is provided to the specific address set out in the Subscriber Agreement with a Circuit leased by Vox from a network operator. Accordingly, the provision of the Circuit is not transferrable to another premises.
Notwithstanding that the cancellation is necessitated by relocation, Vox needs to recover such costs associated with such cancellation.
FTTH requires a clear Calendar Notice Month 1st to the 1st of a Month.
