Poor service

No star is deserved.. We've had no connection since Wednesday, no responses, when you call their technical support call center, you wait for too long, no communication via email or text informing you of connection issues logged.

Reviewer Update
No internet connection since early hours of Friday 26th May morning, no resolution to date. There is absolutely no sense of urgency, empathy or desire from both Vox and Vumatel.. You're honestly not providing a service that is client centered.
