Poor Project Management and slow delivery!
Poor Project Management and slow delivery! Entered into a contract with Vox Telecoms for Fibre, Voice, Wifi and LAN services in Dec 2017. Several rescheduling of appointments with lame excuses. Really poor correspondence from Project Manager at Vox and Sales support non existent after contract signing.
Great sales pitch - shocking service delivery. As a company we will recommend others steer clear of Vox altogether - sadly we are now committed.
