Poor Poor service from Vox

Poor service, no communication and useless managers!

Had a simple request to have my telephone numbers reflect on my invoice, over a month later, Vox ignores my emails and basically cant assist, with putting 3 telephone numbers on the invoice.

If you need your telephone account for FICA, you may as well go to another company because the account will be useless.

Staff are unhelpful and unwilling to assist, managers just as much. Poor service and customer relations.

you can look forward to an hour on the phone and every department pushing you to the next with no assistance.
