Poor pathetic service

Poor pathetic service from this company, they a quick to request payments and never available to take calls... we have had no issues with them till recently where we missed payment just for 1 month, we called the and notified the, all was good. the agreement was for a double payment as we have done it before but no not this time, the suspended our line, we called as we did not understand why they would do that after communication with them and an agreement made. we confirmed that payment would be made soon, days later they threaten us with legal action... yup legal action for 1 missed payment with an agreement. we decide to cancel and to a competitor and suddenly we can cancel and they are back to not responding to our e-mails. this is pathetic if you ask me.

What I also don't get is why do we have to pay for a full month while not service was provided? yes you will hide behind what the contract stipulates but it not making any sense.. even the calendar month cancellation is ******* when we take the CPA into account especially when you mislead the consumer by selling the product as a "month-to-month" service.
