Poor or no service

On 31 March 2021 I received the below mail from vox.

Hi Francois Jacques Van Der Westhuizen, Metro Fibre Networks installation complete Great news! The Metro Fibre Networks installation is now complete. It's tested and ready for Vox to install your Vox Fibre bundle. We will be in touch within the next 48 hours to schedule the installation of the Vox router by our engineer. Then we'll do some final testing and you'll be good to go. The same day I cancelled my other wifi from vox because in 48 hours I would have the fibre installed as you can see in the red above.

I phoned vox on Tuesday 6 April to confirm the instillation date and they said I will be contacted the same day or the next day.

8 April 2021 nobody contacted me yet so the nightmare started. I phoned just after 12h00 and spoke to a Winny that referred my case to Magda Botes and Winny said she sent Magda an e mail and it will be sorted asap. I try phoning Magda just to find out she is on leave and nothing has been done regarding the instillation. I phoned again asking to speak to a manager and they said I must talk to Nora. I phoned that number and nobody answered. Then I phoned again and they said I must speak to Carmin Furstenburg. I phoned her and she also didn’t answer her phone, and her voice mail box is full. Then I phone again and I was referred to customer care that also didn’t answer there phone. I phoned again and customer service finally answered there phone and they put me threw to Rooth that started shouting at me. Still I haven’t sorted out my new fibre instillation and didn’t get any answer from nobody. The 48 hours has passed and my old wifi was cancelled and we work from home and have to children studying at university needing internet.

Do you have managers working at vox?????? Do people hand over there work when they go on leave?????? Does vox keep there promises keeping at the promised instillation date??????

And all that questions above, a BIG NO!!!!!
