Poor Line Quality and bad service

I have logged over 100 tickets in 3 months (from date of installation). Vox was never able to get my service right - they lack technical experience. Aramis Cano is the sales manager and his service stinks - I cannot understand how he made it that far in his career.

I submitted a cancellation and they have issued me with a penalty of R60 000. I have reported the matter to ICASA - complaints. They are refusing to release my telephone numbers.
