Poor internet service

Trying to get hold of someone to communicate with in a communications company as ridiculous as this, in my humble opinion, mind-shatteringly frustrating. Getting to talk to someone is damn near impossible. They have robots giving options to select and choose from , without the options of your complaint and leaving you with eventually suggestions you don't understand and unable to get clearance on. Service not rendered as per what was eventually accepted and when payment is withheld, we are the ones not keeping up the "contract"
