Poor Internet and no resolution from provider

Vox Telecoms has provide a poor internet connection to me for the last 6 months. I have spent hours on the phone trying to trouble shoot with them, Often getting the answer its not them it must be something else. My advice is if you are in search of a internet provider to play games with, Then do not look for Vox to be the provider
