Poor installation

1 year has passed and the fiber line in my yard is exposed , the day of installation the installers said they will come back and sort this out but guess what 12 months later nothing has been sorted , this is utter bulls#!t , ive called multiple times and still no joy , im at the point where i feel like ripping everything out and getting another provider
