Poor feedback & misleading adverti*****t

So Vox came in to my area around last year offering Black Friday deals where if you stay 2 months, you get 2 months free.

This was all a lie.

I am still battling to get any form of feedback from them, I spoke to a lady 2 weeks ago that said the credit is still waiting to be approved/authorised. What is there to approve? It is YOUR deal that you offered and advertised. I feel that if I forgot about the promo Vox would not have bothered to even log a credit.

Signing up and setting up the debit order was extremely easy and fast but as soon as they have to do their part they drop the ball. Now I know why so many people told me to stay away.
