Poor custormer servicesz

I would not even get them 1 star. I am highly disappointed at how clients are treated by this company. I have been with them for almost 2 years now, I received an email that I did not pay for February, I was surprised because last I checked I paid via debit order. Fine, I paid the R365, then I was informed I had cancelled their services but I did not. I have been on the phone trying to get through the whole day yesterday, then I was informed later that I have been disconnected, I must pay another R365 to balance out both months ( Feb and March), I did that yesterday.

Low and behold this morning I get an email that I need to pay R1k, no explanation or responses to any of the emails I sent yesterday. I do not recommend them at all. The phone rings off the hook, emails go unanswered.
