Poor customer service regarding refund

this is the reply i get to questioning where is my refund after 2 weeks of trying to get an answer out of Vox, DO NOT use their services , their customer service is non existent. To date i am still waiting for an answer as when my refund will be paid into my bank account. i was told someone would call me , still waiting

11 Sept 2026, 06:42Vox agent contacted me yesterday stating they would send me proof that my refund had been paid to my bank account, this has not happened even after he told me i would receive such proof before COB yesterday. Vox does not give a **** about their customers as long as they can take your money. been 2 weeks now trying to get my money back. vox is full of people that are full of excuses, nothing gets resolved
