Poor customer service

I canceled my line with Vox because the internet was always down. After the notice period, I was expecting a new service provider to take over, but they can because Vox does not want to release my line. I have spent my airtime calling them and also trying to chat with them and still the line is not released. I am working from home this is affecting my work and budget because I now have to buy mobile data. It is pathetic how VOX tried their customer when you leave them because you now have to beg them to release the line. I spoke to Thabo Mo***eng who was canceling my line and had to beg him to release the line which he did not do. Customers should be aware of this. VOX release my line so that I can have an internet connection.
