Poor customer service
Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the service received from Vox. My account got suspended. I sent them bank statements 3 times to prove that the money did go off my account and then Tumi Mathekga has the audacity to tell me my statements are edited. Thanx to Vox I've lost R600 for the day not being able to work.
