Poor customer service and even worse internet connection

Horrible customer service. Been having trouble with my internet connection for more than two weeks now and all they do about it is phone me for less than a minute to say it has been resolved. While still on the call I tell them it has not been resolved they say it will be raised further. Happened twice. So nothing has been done and im still sitting with internet which cannot even load the speed test page.
