Poor customer service and billing
Worst service!! My line wasn't working for almost a month, only got assistance towards the end of the month. After days of emailing and and calling for assistance which nobody got back to me I'm expected to pay for the entire month. This is the service that Vox telecoms provides. Poor Customer Service standards.
