Poor customer service

After paying R1700 to cancel my Vox service, after explicitly asking them if I coulg pay it off it TWO installments, the debit order goes off once full amount.

Then, when asking when they are going to collect the router (after phoning two times), they told me I must wait two weeks and the a courier company is going to come and collect it.

I cannot wait two weeks, as I need to be out of this property at the last day of the month.

So now I must take the router with me and the courier company will fetch it at my new address. What bull****!!

If I want to keep the router, I must pay another R2000. So will they collect it or is it another scheme to make more money from me????
