Poor Customer Service
Worst feedback ever! I app**** for a vox account and after more than a month of getting RICA rejected, trying to find out why I learn today that an amount of R195 was written of by them in 2012 while I never received an account or letter requesting that payment.
Now I am treated as a ******** and being told if I pay that R195 and can request a review to be accepted by them. Guess what - Shuff your service, I will get another provider.
