Poor customer service

What a horrible experience. I had wanted to install Vox in my new business which is located in the shopping centre and they were all to excited to help. They never mentioned they dont have lines in that centre or any such to me. Once they did work and after quite a lengthy time they came back to me to say they don't have a line and need to trench. As the landlord declined this Vox insisted in charging me a full month service fee, imagine for something that they couldn't say upfront that we don't have a line there! I tried to explain this situation to multiple people and also that I am an existing vox customer for my home and did allow the trenching there but they couldn't even reduce the penalty. All too good to want business even there they don't have lines but never inform customers upfront and expect the full penalties. After the penalty gets deducted few weeks later they come back to ask if i want an alternative, such a joke! Who penalizes a potential customer then only offers alternatives. Poor customer service and way of work
