Poor connections speeds

Hi.

I've been with Vox Telecom for over 2 years . Last couple of weeks with Vox has been a night mare . I've been complaining to them for a couple of weeks of slow international speeds and a terrible ping. Mainly use connection for gaming. Most gaming servers are over seas . I used to have VDSL from Vox and my connection was excellent. Went over to fibre and what a mistake. I'm on a 100/100 Fibre line and my international speeds are 15/8 MB.. when using a VPN I get 95/50MB. So its obvious they throttle your account but when I sighed up its was advertised as unshaped/uncapped. Please don't consider vox as you ISP . Save yourself a lot of frustrations. I've done all the tests 5 times over and spoken with 4 different consultants and no one take responsibility to try and solve the issues . Have friends in same area Different ISP and non of them have got the poor connection I've got. They charge you arm and a leg for service they cant supply.
