Poor communication and service

Hi Vox,

I placed an order on the online shop for a Volta 700x UPS, I have since phoned every day to find out the status of this order. The latest they can tell me is just that it is at the logistics department. Nothing more than that. I am supposed to receive an email when the UPS will be delivered, but I've not received one email. I've also sent emails to ***, With no response.

I phoned this morning with the promise that I would be phoned back. I also had a look at the VOX shop. The UPS is now out of stock. And they informed me that they will only have stock again at the END OF MARCH. When I ordered there was stock. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to place the order in the first place. I must reply within Hello Peter. Because otherwise, other people will not realize that the service from VOX is still shockingly bad. And no one has still contacted me.
