POOR COMMUNICATION
Communication on outages is shocking. WiFi down in Herolds Bay 23H35 on 8 March 2026. 1st communication from Vox 13H17 on 9 March 2026.. Problem only resolved 23H41 (more than a DAY later) on 9 March. The outages are not infrequent in Herolds Bay, (poor infrastructure suspected?) and this type of communication/ service is not uncommon from Vox.
