Poor communication

So many emails and phone calls and no one is getting back to me. I want my order cancelled thats been on hold for the past month, no communication at all, all I get is an automated reply from them... They are so quick to set you up but when you want to cancel they take their time, how difficult can it be just to click cancel order there is no money that went of so just cancel my order!!! Poor communication.
