Poor call centre from Vox Telecoms
Vox Telecom call call centre for technical queries unreachable for more than an hour? How is that possible if the call centre is functional?

02 Jan 2024, 10:19There will not be an open ticket on your call center because your call center is not working - I was on hold for 45 minutes and the call just hung up!!! I have been trying to log a call for resolve the no network issued from 07:30 this morning - it's 10:18 and there is still no answer on your call center for technical queries!!!!!!
