Poor and shoddy service and rude staff

Disgusting service and a rude sales man , never get the speed that we paid for on the fiber network. When we want to cancel contract as it’s in a month to month basis , contract cancelled with a calendar months notice. The staff then phone to say that it’s going to cost an extra R 875 to cancel contract. Very strange and disgusting behavior from said company and the sales manager doesn’t even bother to phone you . Vox you do not walk on water and I hope that you go down the tubes for empty promises and poor service that you offer . Disgusting company
