POOR AND PATHETIC SERVICE FROM GEORGE AND MATHEW FROM VOX
Since Monday my vox satelite internet not working . I spoke with George their technical Engineer . I spoke with Mathew twice and now it's 5th day my internet still not working. It's tye poorest and worst experience from the Tecnisions and the customer care guys . They put me on hold for more then 20 minutes and didn't tell me what they are doing other side or taling to some one. I had to drop the call after 20 minutes.
