Poor and half service for full payment.

Unfortunately we cannot credit for downtime as Fibre is a best effort service.

As per our T&C's

4.3.4. Considering the disclosures housed under clauses 4.3.1 - 4.3.3 Vox expressly stipulates and the Customer acknowledges that Vox cannot warrant or guarantee that the Services and/or the Subscriber Equipment will: a) be free of errors or interruptions; b) be available; c) be fit for any purpose; d) not infringe on any third-party rights; e) be secure and reliable, except where the Services, the Circuit and/or Subscriber Equipment are found to be defective and such defect has been solely caused by Vox under sections 54, 55 and 56 of the CPA, where applicable. Half of the month internet was down or mo service but they expect full payment...hahahahaha going to another priveder in my area that can atleast try to accomodate my needs ....cant even get to these people with calks ir emails....they email you back after 5 days.....
