Poor aftersales service,

After cancelling the contract I was contacted multiple times to arrange a pickup of the hardware. This was never done, instead I was billed and eventually handed over because of allegations that I was supposed to return the hardware myself. To avoid being blacklisted I then payed the wrongful invoice and went to hand it in at a office in town - where I was told that the ticket created for collection was never followed trough on and that they are not allowed to collect hardware. An exception was made and they took the hardware. After that I received backdated sms's stating that the hardware was to be collected from me. I would appreciate reimbur*****t of the amount that I paid to the lawyers in order to have my name cleared.
