POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR
OMG
I am moving homes so had to cancel my contract with Vox.... My Ups is a 24 month contract that I am keeping and my Fiber is a month to month contract.
Because its under a year, I understood and was very willing to pay the penalty that someone gave me telephonically....around R 1,400.00
The my cancellation quote came for R 11829.....
Emails delivers NO RESULTS
Phoning them, I get transferred around with no satisfaction. One person was helpful enough to say they would correct their mistake....
Then came my statement before debit order date and no correction was made......... Once again emailed and phoned.... Emails got NO RESPONSE and by phone I was transferred between relevant parties like a coke-head girl at a party with frat boys....
GUESS WHAT??? These dips#@*#s deducted R 11,829 of my account. I AM SOOOOOOOOO CROSS and guess what..... noooooooooo help.

02 Feb 2022, 15:59Apparently you will only be paying me R 8,000.00??? This is ridiculous. I want the FULL refund by midnight or I'll go to the ombudsman.... I will do the EFT payments where necessary.
Vox is hereby prohibited of ever doing a debit order on my account as you are clearly not competent enough....
