I have been a loyal customer of Vox for a few years and I have always paid on time and never complained. I am not known as complainer and this is my first time ever even writing a review.

The treatment I received lately from the organisation when i moved places was disgusting.

They charged me for a service they didn't render even when I cancelled and informed them that i will no longer be living there anymore.

They further went on to even send me a final demand for payment without hesitation.

If you are a person like me who values client business relationships then please guys do yourself a favour and stay away from Vox.
