Please heed my warning and be very careful before considering Vox Telecoms

Vox telecoms has to date charged me thousands of Rands for fibre to home contracts for homes that I do not own, for contracts I did not sign and addresses I have never been associated with. Their staff repeatedly **** when promising to give feedback and when promising to resolve this and many other issues by promised dates. This review can't be long enough to cover all the customer service failures, mistakes, negligence and downright theft that they have committed. When I upgraded from a 10meg to a 100meg line, they charged me for the100meg line without actually doing the upgrade, then added a second 100meg line to my account which i didn't own. Even after they admitted to charging me for contracts on addresses I have no connection to, they proceeded by billing me for the additional incorrect contract I don't own again this month, after promising that the credits had been passed, which they haven't, which make it ********ly negligent theft. They themselves admitted that my fibre line has been "down" an unacceptable percentage of the time and a few months ago ever refunded me for one month's percentage that it was down. It continues until today to be down and faulty more than what it is correct, yet they continue to charge me fully for the one contract and fully for a second contract someone else owns. Especially during lockdown, my kids and I have missed important online meetings and classes as a result of constant downtime. I'm not sure if they compromised my securing by divulging my password to the neighbours who's contract I am being charged for, as their own technician told me on record that our neighbours devices are logged onto our wifi which is a secure network and we have never given anyone our passwords. If I haven't retracted this horrible review or agreed that the issues have been adequately addressed and resolved, please know that they are ongoing and be very careful before signing with Vox or Octotel. The Vox staff are constantly blaming Octotel for network failures blaming the fact the Octotal is for sale for the lack of interest from their side, but the customer suffers!
