Please fire your customer service staff and their managers, they are costing you business

Please do not waste your time and money. They have Absolutely no interest in keeping customers, giving customer support or resolving issues. None, nothing. Soon they will be out of business because of their very bad work ethics and lack of customer service. Just the worst experience ever. Use anyone else!
